What's the cancellation policy?

If you’ve booked directly on UPSTREET.io, you can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your arrival date for a full refund*. Reservations cancelled after this are non-refundable. You may choose Stay Flex option to extend your cancellation window up to 5 days before check-in.
*for stays longer than 30 days different policies apply, please contact us for advice
If you’ve reserved through a different booking site, please refer to the cancellation policy on those sites. All cancellation requests must go through the original booking channel.
