Lost & Found - I forgot something in the apartment

If you believe you've left an item behind in your apartment, please email us at guests@upstreet.io with your booking details and item details (including a photo, if possible). Our team will promptly investigate.
Should we locate your item, you have two retrieval options:
1. Arrange postal delivery: We can facilitate shipping, but please note that shipping and handling fees may apply depending on the package size.
2. Personal pickup: Alternatively, you can collect the item in person from our offices. Please note that the lost item will be held for up to 5 days after your departure.
