Do I have to pay a deposit in advance?

We kindly inform you that a security deposit of 250€ is required for booking confirmation. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after a comprehensive inspection of the apartment's general condition.
To access your apartment, it is absolutely necessary to deposit this amount before arrival. Rest assured, the security deposit will be refunded directly on the day of departure, provided there are no violations of our rules and conditions or instances of willful damage.
Please be aware that depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your account.
